At KLCC we believe in people and part of our vision is about influencing and being an active part of our community. Our main community programme for doing this is our own umbrella initiative called 'The Big Connect':

Community Events

Our community events allows people to connect with each other through a variety of large scale activities run throughout the year. Some of the activities include:

• Health Checks
• Gardening advice
• Arts & Crafts
• Crime prevention advice
• Face painting for the kids!

The Big Meet

This is our initiative for the over 50's. The Big Meet runs on a Tuesday and Thursday am and involves information sessions from a range of agencies such as the Police, NHS, Age UK, Croydon Council. We also run lots of fun sessions including Pilates, Computer Courses, Board Games, Poetry, Arts & Crafts and lots more!

The Floating Shelter

We also work in partnership with other local churches to provide a provision for the homeless.
